Joel and Eric joined us this morning for a early bouldering session at Castle Rock. We stayed at the main Castle Rock Proper. After few nice warm up routes, we decided to scale a scary arete but without success. We will be back!

Lucas is quite confused about his age. He was 4 when the movie was shot.

Last weekend, we visited the arboretum park which is just few hundred yards from our apartment. They grow all kind of flowers and trees.

While I was waiting for Lucas and Benoit during their art class, I shot those insects near the library. Macro is not my field of expertise, but it turned out ok.

We met John and Estelle at Mollie's restaurant at Scotts Valley and we drove to Castle Rock for a fun afternoon of bouldering.
Estelle and Benoit are in the same class at the SC Children School.
