Morning session at Castle Rock

Joel and Eric joined us this morning for a early bouldering session at Castle Rock. We stayed at the main Castle Rock Proper. After few nice warm up routes, we decided to scale a scary arete but without success. We will be back!

Yabo roof at Castle Rock

On your way to work, Brian and I stopped by Castle Rock state park for a short bouldering session. We met Rob at the Parking Lot Boulder.

Brian taped my ascent of the Yabo Roof route. Nice and powerful finish.

Arboretum

Last weekend, we visited the arboretum park which is just few hundred yards from our apartment. They grow all kind of flowers and trees.

Lady bug

While I was waiting for Lucas and Benoit during their art class, I shot those insects near the library. Macro is not my field of expertise, but it turned out ok.
